Philosophy and Mission

At The Riley Academy, children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old, are provided a high-quality, developmentally appropriate childcare experience with a focus on each child's age and ability level to stimulate social, cognitive, physical and emotional growth. We believe a child's early experiences enrich and support future growth. Children deserve and are encouraged to discover their individual strengths and unique talents. At The Riley Academy, we believe that each child possesses a marvelous capacity to learn. Learning is best accomplished when lessons are well-planned, rigorous and provided in an environment that is intimate, safe, nurturing and fun!

The State of Ohio has awarded this program a Bronze Rating for meeting the quality standards established by the Ohio Department of Children and Youth.

Step Up To Quality is Ohio’s tiered quality rating and improvement system created to recognize and promote early care and education programs that meet quality program standards over and above the health and safety licensing requirements.

The Riley Academy has been designated as an Ohio Healthy Program. This distinction recognizes the commitment of the program in promoting healthy living in children and their families.

Oh my goodness! Mrs. Taylor is amazing and awesome at what she does at the Riley Academy. She is always accommodating and super professional. She has helped my son go from pre his grade level to above his grade level. I told her my goals for him and she said she would deliver and boy did she. Thank you Riley Academy!!!

The Riley Academy is the best daycare out there! Mrs.Brittani provides quality service at all times! She is very professional and flexible and goes ABOVE and BEYOND what needs to be done for the children! EDUCATION is her # 1 priority. The Riley Academy has been nothing short of a blessing! Especially with all that has been going on through this pandemic. She has adapted and I was able to keep my child Virtual while go to work! I wouldn’t take my children any other place. WE APPRECIATE AND LOVE THE RILEY ACADEMY!

My kids started going to the Riley Academy about 7 months ago, it was definitely a huge transition for both of them 2 and 4 because it was really the first daycare they attended. At first I was very hesitant because I wasn’t sure how it was gonna work out but Mrs. Brittani made it soo easy for the both of them. She really cares about the kids and is very passionate and dedicated and you can tell this is not just a a job for her. She really goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are safe as well. Both kids enjoy being there and learn so much everyday!!

I’ve been grateful for the opportunity to have my child attend the Riley academy. Smaller setting and my child has been enjoying his days there. Clean environment and I have also experienced less sickness during these hard Covid times. The Riley academy also gives me a piece of mind with daily picture and video updates! Highly recommended!

Brittani has been nothing short of amazing! She has a flexible schedule, and she has an educational skill set you can’t find at your traditional daycare. Brittani has taught my 1 year old sign language, and many other skills that I see him bring home. I’m pleased with the decision that I made to send him to The Riley Academy. This is my first child, and the daycare decision can be tough, but this is the right place for ANY child! I recommend The Riley Academy!

We absolutely love Mrs.Brittani. We have been receiving tutoring services for a year now and she speaks my 7 year old's learning love language. She has been a wealth of knowledge especially while we are navigating a new ADHD diagnosis. I would highly recommend!
